Is there Any Warranty ?

All Machine products like Sanitary Pad Vending and Sanitary Incinerators have 12 month of Warranty to Replace for any Manufacturing defects.

How is your service Network ?

We are present in 3 location-Chennai, Hyderabad and Coimbatore. From this location we directly Manage southern states.

What is the Normal Delivery Time ?

Normally Post the release of Purchase order and payment, the product will reach in 7 working days . Bulk orders will take more time the same will be communicated.

Does your company have GST ?

Yes,we are GST Compliance company and all bills will be GST only.

How is the payment mode ?

All advance payment only and we don’t have credit or deferred payment System. You can Transfer the payment to our bank account through NEFT, Cheque or UPI.

What if there is a service Issue or repair ?

You can touch base our nearest location and our service engineers will assess and handle it accordingly.
